Fun and Easy Decor for Your Kitchen

1. Apothecary jar decor
For this kitchen decor idea you need some colorful pasta that is most likely in shape of a bow, super colorful and way too pretty to eat. Then you’re just going to fill up your favorite apothecary jars with it. You can also add jelly beans or candy in the apothecary jars. This is a very pretty way to display really fun and colorful food in your kitchen. It also gives your kitchen a pop of color.

2. Pitcher decor
Recycle an old pitcher and if you don’t have one get it from the dollar store. Then you’re going to need an assortment of flowers. You can also get some fresh flowers if you don’t have trouble keeping them alive. Spray paint the pitcher the color of your choice that goes with the color scheme of your kitchen. Do two thin layers of spray paint and let each coat dry an hour before you move on to the next one. Once both coats have dried get your flowers and cut them to your desired length and just add them to your pitcher.

3. Menu chalkboard
To make a menu chalkboard you’ll need an old picture frame, a stand and some chalkboard paint. Coat the glass of the frame with chalkboard paint. Let it dry for a day before you attempt to use any chalk on it. Once it’s completely dry you can take the glass and put it back in the frame and you’re ready to start using it.

You can place colorful decoration pieces to give your kitchen a pop of color. If you have an eating area in your kitchen then put some flowers to make your kitchen feel fresh and smell good. You can also place a rug in your kitchen to add an element of elegance to it. Some beautiful tribal rugs can be found online in all shapes and sizes that will totally complement the interior of your kitchen.
